HIGH LINE CANAL LLAMA HIKE
COME MEET AND ENJOY A WALK WITH OUR FURRY FRIENDS.
TIME: Llama walk will start at 9:00 am on Sunday , May 15th and last approximately 2 1/2 hours.
MEET AT CASTLEWOOD PARK: 5601 Orchard Drive, Greenwood Village, Colo 80121.
DIRECTIONS: Take I-25 to the Orchard Road Exit. Go West to Holly Street (approximately 2 miles). Turn Right on Holly Street and go North about 200 yards. The park/trailhead is on your right with good parking and restroom facilities.
This will be a hands-on activity where you will get a chance to learn about llamas, lead them yourself, and enjoy their individual personalities. We will focus on teaching you about llamas, how to use saddles and panniers to carry your gear in the wilderness, and enjoy a pleasant hike. We will walk through the beautiful scenery of the Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve and along the High Line Canal, where you may see great blue herons, hawks, turtles and even a great horned owl.
BRING: Gloves, a hat, warm layers of clothing including a wind breaker; water & snack; sunblock.

COST: $45 per person, payable through Zellepay.com to 303-829-3746, within 24 hours of making your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email that the funds have been received.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM: To access the form click release on the header for this page. Please print, fill out, sign, and bring with you for the hike.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if you cancel up to one week before the walk. If cancelled with less than one week notice, refunds will be completely at my discretion, based on whether I can fill your spot. I reserve the right to cancel the hike (e.g. for bad weather), in which case you will receive a full refund.
